 Bihar UGEAC 2023 - The BCECEB has started the Bihar 2023 UGEAC registration for admission to B.Tech courses on the official website from June 5. Candidates are allowed to fill the BIHAR UGEAC APPLICATION 2023 till June 30. Admission is offered on the basis of candidates performance in JEE MAIN 2023 EXAM Undergraduate engineering admission counselling, commonly known as UGEAC, is the counselling process for admission in B.Tech courses in all the participating institutes.

BCECEB will prepare a merit list of all the registered candidates on the basis of their score in JEE Main 2023. Candidates having their name on the UGEAC 2023 merit list will be eligible for counselling rounds which include choice filling and seat allotment. Bihar UGEAC 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Bihar 2023 UGEAC must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Bihar UGEAC eligibility criteria 2023 are the conditions of age, educational qualification, nativity and domicile etc. Every applicant must ensure they fulfill the eligibility conditions failing which their candidature will be cancelled.

• Candidates must be bonafide residents of Bihar

• No restrictions on age for applying to Bihar UGEAC 2023

• Students must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in their class 12 exam (45% for candidates of reserved category

• Candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of their 10+2 (class 12) exam with Physics and Mathematic as compulsory subjects along with any one among Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computers.

Bihar UGEAC Registration 2023

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the application form of Bihar UGEAC 2023 in online mode on June 5 its official website. Interested candidates have to register online from the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in within the specified duration in order to be considered for admission. Step 1- Registration: Candidates have to register for the UGEAC by providing basic details like name, mobile number and email address. Candidates will receive messages on their email ID and mobile number containing details of registration and login credentials.

Step 2- Filling Details: Candidates have to login using their credentials for filling the detailed application form. In application form, candidates have to provide details of educational, family, address details. All details have to be from the official documents only.

Step 3- Uploading Documents: Candidates will need to upload scanned images of their passport size coloured photograph and signature in the online application form. The scanned images must be according to the specifications prescribed by the BCECEB.

Step 4- Payment of Application Fee: Candidates will also be required to make application fee payment for the submission of application form. Application fee can be paid online using credit/debit card or internet banking.

Step 5- Submission of Form: Application form will be submitted automatically after the payment of application fee. Candidates need to download and take printout of application form and keep it safe till completion of admission process.

Bihar UGEAC 2023 Merit List

The BCECE board will prepare a merit list on the basis of candidates' scores in JEE Main. Candidates having their name in the Bihar UGEAC merit list 2023 are eligible for participation in counselling and admission process. Merit list is released online on the official website of the BCECEB in the form of a pdf file. Candidates can check their name in the merit list for participation in counselling in June.

Bihar UGEAC Choice Filling and Locking 2023

Candidates having their name in the UGEAC merit list are required to enter fresh choices of institutes and specialisations. The choices have to be in order of preference. Candidates can enter as many choices as they want.

Bihar UGEAC Counselling and Seat Allotment 2023

BCECEB shall conduct three rounds of counselling for seat allotment. All candidates having their name in merit list and who filled the choices will be considered for seat allotment. Seats are allotted on the basis of UGEAC merit 2023.

Bihar UGEAC Reporting Centres 2023

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will set up various reporting centres for document verification along various districts of the state. Candidates have to take all the educational and related documents along with them to the reporting centre for the purpose of verification. It is compulsory for all candidates after seat allotment to report to the verification centre for document verification.

List of Documents Required for Verification while Reporting Verification

Candidates allotted a seat through UGEAC 2023 will be required to report to the verification centres set up by the board for document verification. All candidates need to carry all the below listed documents with them while reporting to the verification centres.

• Original copy of JEE Main admit card 2023

• Original copy of JEE Main score card 2023

• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of class 10

• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of class 12/ equivalent exam.

• Residential Certificate (Domicile)

• Caste Certificate (If applicable)

• All the Certificate / documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Engineering Colleges

• Six copies of the passport size photographs, same as pasted on the Admit Card of JEE Main 2023.

• Downloaded print of online filled application form (Part A & Part B) of UGEAC 2023

• Aadhar Card.

• Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH) certificate

• Print copy of slip of filled choices

• Three copies of Provisional seat allotment letter

Bihar UGEAC 2023 Cutoff

The BCECEB will announce UGEAC cutoff 2023 for each rounds of counselling after the completion of counselling. Bihar UGEAC cutoff will be the opening and closing ranks within which the participating institutes will offer admission. The cutoff will be based on the UGEAC merit list prepared on the basis of JEE Main ranks 2023.
